Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of consulting services by ASK 4 Group LLC to clients seeking assistance in immigration compliance, entry visas, vendor selection and onboarding, and related services, for corporate or group travel.

Scope of Services

We offer consulting and support services including, but not limited to, immigration compliance, entry visa facilitation, vendor selection, and onboarding for corporate or group travel. All services are provided strictly in accordance with instructions from the client.

Client Obligations

• Clients must provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documents necessary for service delivery.
• Clients are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the provision of data and usage of our services.
• Clients must ensure that any personal data submitted has been lawfully obtained, and that all necessary consents and notifications have been provided to data subjects.
• Clients must notify us immediately of any changes or updates to submitted information that may affect service delivery.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

We will treat all client information and personal data as confidential and will process such data only as instructed by the client and as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements.

Limitations of Liability

• Our firm acts solely as a data processor and does not control, determine, or influence the purposes for which personal data is processed.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of personal data provided by clients, nor for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate or unlawful data.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any immigration, visa, or vendor applications facilitated or supported through our services. Decisions made by government agencies and third-party vendors are beyond our control and responsibility.
• Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services is strictly limited to the service fees actually paid by the client for those specific services. Under no circumstances will we refund any government fees, regulatory charges, or third-party vendor payments made in connection with the application process.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Third-Party Services and Vendors

In delivering services, we may engage third-party vendors or facilitate the use of third-party services. Such engagement is strictly under the client’s instructions, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, including government agencies or third-party vendors.

Service Fees and Payment Terms

• Service fees will be communicated to the client prior to initiation of services.
• Payment terms shall be outlined in the client engagement agreement and must be adhered to in order to ensure timely provision of services.
• Failure to pay agreed fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement upon written notice, subject to any specific terms in the engagement agreement.
• Upon termination, all personal data held by us will be deleted or returned to the client, unless retention is required for financial records (such as invoices or payment details) or by law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials, methodologies, or recommendations provided by us remain our exclusive property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the client engagement agreement.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided to clients as appropriate.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior understandings or representations.
